Q1. How can I change the password?

Please click “Personal Data/ Password & Email change” and then key in your old password to change it. Please note that you will receive a confirmation e-mail if you haven’t logged in CSS for over 6 months. Be sure to reply it immediately, or you have to contact system administrator to create a new user ID.

Q2. What can I do when I forget the password?

Please click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and then key in your company ID, user ID and registered e-mail. If all information is correct, you will be notified the password through e-mail.

Q3. Why can’t I log in CSS?

Please check if your company ID, user ID and password are correct. If yes, please contact system administrator to resolve it.
